Cat's Claw

Cat's Claw is now quite popular because it is used in treatment to HIV infection and cancer with almost no side effects. It is also known as effective anti-inflammatory supplement.

 My personal experience with Cat's Claw was pretty amazing. I started with one pill a day and increased to three. I was also drinking peppermint tea every day which helped a lot, but Cat's Claw DIDN'T give me mild discomfort ( feels like have to go to bathroom) like peppermint tea did. So, if you can't stand peppermint, Cat's Claw is clearly the right choice. Don't forget to start it slowly.
